And relax...

Hours have been whiled away in the evenings to the gentle rhythm of hand-quilting my quilt.

I can literally sit for hours doing this. I am getting so much pleasure from seeing these red stitches appear and bring this quilt to it's closing stages.

It's almost like I don't want it to end. Good job I have another waiting in the wings...

  1. The red stitches look striking against the fabric. It is always good to have another project lined up to give you the incentive to finish the project you're on! x

  2. It looks like a modern type of quilt-if you know what I mean! Can't wait to see it finished.

  3. Don't you just love the thought that every stitch brings you a little bit closer to finishing.

  5. I love the farbrics you have chosen, really summery. The red stitching is brilliant too. I have my next one lined up too- we must be quilt addicts!
Looking forward to seeing the finished project.
The Biscotti are now a regular on the cake counter!

  6. How big is it going to be? Are you doing all the stitches by hand? Don't know much about quilting, but it looks really nice!
