  9. I have seen those lovely horses on the merry-go-round on one or two posts, they just sum up a fun fair, don't they? I lucked out with mine in York. Great pictures, also liked the HUGE sandwich :-)

  14. Is that first photo of a sign for white horse hill directing walkers to the White Horse of Uffington? One of my favourite places, used to spend lots of time there as a child.
