I wish...

... you could smell this: Sweet pea Hunters Moon





Bought at Kew last year and sown in the spring.





Flowering abundantly now and filling my senses.






Hopefully the pictures will suffice.

    oooh I wish we could smell it too, I love the scent of sweet peas and like Val haven't grown and myself this year. Beautiful pictures x

    Bliss. One of the best scents in the world. Seems like missing the planting period is a common affliction.

    Reading your words and watching your beautiful pictures I wish: a) there were scent transmitted via the www and b) my sweetpeas that I sowed in spring close to the street tree in front of our house were bigger than about 4 or 5 inches (so I doubt there will ever be some scent produced by them…)
