All I do know is that I saw this fabulous tutorial and knew I wanted to give it a go.
Having finished piecing together Harry's quilt top and not having the backing fabric arrive yet, I was itching to get started on his brother, Max's quilt. Again, I've got 20 different fabrics which I've grouped into 4 groups of 5, out of which I need to make 16 modified bento boxes. Phew, thank goodness for calculators...
Anyway, here's the first one:
It's looking a bit wonky, but I need to trim it down before I join them altogether. I love these Riley Blake fabrics, I got mine from here. One down, 15 to go!
A bento box is a japanese lunchbox with lots of tasty tidbits, beautifully arranged.
